The Kraatz Internship Programme grants UNAM (University of Namibia) and NUST (Namibia University of Science and Technology) students six months at Kraatz for workplace exposure and on-the-job-practical training.
The intake of apprentices (since 2012) is part of Kraatz’s ongoing commitment to developing skilled professionals and future leaders. The apprenticeship provides in-depth, practical training across several essential trades, focusing on Boiler making, Fitting & Turning, Electrical Trade and Welders.
This initiative attracts young graduates with little to no work experience, guiding them through individual development plans that prepare them for successful careers.
