Syncrolift workshop

This fully equipped 400m2 workshop with ample laydown and storage area is situated within the syncrolift premises. It is equipped with client representative offices, a board room, mess room facilities, tool and equipment stores and an overhead crane.

Dry-docking facilities

The Syncrolift can lift vessels with a displacement of up to 2000 tons, 80m in overall length, 14m in beam and maximum draft of 5.2m. The Syncrolift is a common user facility and utilised by leading international vessel owners and operators such as Bourbon Offshore, Tide Water Marine, ABC Maritime and Swire Pacific.

Quay space (Syncrolift and main harbour)

The syncrolift area has a total of 400m of quay space with a draft of -6.8m whilst the main harbour has a total of 1,400m of quay space with a draft of -12.8m CD. Berth 8 (165m) in the main harbour has been successfully used for oil rig projects by companies such as Trans Ocean, Pride and Hercules Offshore.
